The "Back Stage Pass" achievement.

After the poison gas part of the story, when heading back to the main base, Quinn will contact you and tell you he's left stuff for you in his shop. (This is a secondary objective of the main quest). Head down to his shop to find the door open. Enter, go to the back room and move some boxes to reveal a red button. Press the button to find the secret stash and unlock the achievement.
