You are told to take 3 pictures of the cameras
1. in the vault, will need Tony's help to boost up
2. to the left of the teller window/vault area. will need to move furniture to get a pic of it.
3. inside the teller window, to get it, go outside the window and all the way to the right, there is a place with couches etc. move the coffee table to get the last camera
Then go to the hole in the floor in the teller window, and click on the rope, you will be transported to the garage below.
