Tune In, Drop Out will have you riding around with Pierce and Zimos providing covering fire while they drop off merchandise with customers. The first level is actually one of Pierce's missions (part of the We're Taking Over achievement) so the activity markers won't show up until then.
This goes for Double Dose of Pimping as well: I cannot reccommend highly enough upgrading a car before you start!
Grab a fast four-door (Blade or Infuego for me) and make sure you at least give it level four Tire Durability and Frame Durability. Anything else is optional at this stage. That should set you back about $10K (TBC).

When the activity starts you'll be in Pierce or Zimos' car so jump out and into the car you prepared earlier - then all you have to do is keep the Morninstar off your homie while they drive around.
You'll get unlimited Pistol ammo for the duration so upgrading them is also a good idea if you have the cash (Level 4 will set you back a total of $27,090), as well as a small supply grenades and some ammo for other guns depending on difficulty level.
Some of the customer will also take off without paying or attack so you will need to get out of the car and sort them out. There may also be a cop car to destroy. |
