The easiest way to get this is to rank up and buy the perk which places collectibles on your mini-map. Go to the map and you can choose to display only collectibles. From there you can fly to each area on a VTOL or other vehicle and pick them up. Many are hidden on roofs or in boxes/caves, so look around.
