There are 2 parts to get his achievement.

First you will need a THQ account, the game will prompt you at the beginning about this, either login to your existing account or create one in-game, you can also goto http://www.thq.com/ and create one there.

To upload your character you will have to go to one of the clothing stores like "Planet Saints" press "Y" to bring up the menu and goto Character Gallery, then select Upload Character. That's it, achievement unlocked. This is also the place to download your character if you created one with the initiation station.

VisciousSquare Stated that when you create a character the first time in-game you can go to character gallery and upload it there for the achievement
