The achievement is "Thank You Very Much!!"

It triggers when the credits roll, after you defeat "Kid" Buu for the last time on the Supreme Kai's planet in Story Mode.

Possibly triggers at the end of Hero Mode, but I haven't started on that yet. If someone has, feel free to post a comment or something about it.

EDIT - Thanks to EX DiReWoLf, it's confirmed that it doesn't trigger after completing Hero Mode.

You only get the credits in Story Mode. After beating Kid Buu in the Buu Saga for the last time, the Credits will roll and you'll get the achievement then. You can't skip the credits at all.
