Easiest way to nab this achievement would be to hook up a second controller, access World Tournament Mode from the main menu, and set up a 4 person tournament on Hard difficulty (4 players).
Once a round starts, Player 1 will automatically be set to go, but Player 2 will have to press the Start button. From here, you just need to deplete your opponent's health (by any means), and then repeat for two more rounds.

Simple as that! Beat up someone who can't fight back -- two achievements unlocked (assuming you haven't already finished a tournament via Story or Hero mode).

I believe you can repeat the same tactics for Cell Games on Hard.

An alternate solution was provided by Mindslave x360a:
"I hit the second controller once then just gave up with the second controller for all rounds and I got the achievement."

Thanks for that!

I can also confirm that both of the above tactics DO work with the Cell Games as well (be sure to complete it on Hard in order to pick up both achievements in one go).
