This achievement can be obtained at Riverwood.
When escaping from Helgen you will pass through a Imperial torture room, there will be three cages, and a bag on a desk with several lockpicks. Lockpic the centre cage and search the body to collect his enchanted robe and hood.
When you arrive at Riverwood you will pass a Smithery where you can
do an unmarked quest activated by Alvor doing so will net you with smithing an item.
Walk straight along the road in Riverwood and enter the Sleeping
Giant Inn and buy some ingredients from Orgnar, the man behind the bar, and use the table to his left to make a potion.
Now for the final part, travel south-west of Riverwood to Anise's Cabin and enter the cellar to find the Arcane Enchanter, now break down the enchanted clothing found in Helgen and use that and a soul gem to craft your own enchanted clothing.
Simple it takes less than 10 minutes after leaving Helgen.

Smithing: Go to whiterun. You will get a small introduction on smithing there (first building to the right as soon as you enter through the gate)
Enchanted item: keep going into dragonsreach (up the hill in whiterun) there will be an altar for enchanting to the right of the Jarl's throne. You do need a filled soulgem create and an enchanted item to destroy
Potion: right next to the enchantment altar in dragonsreach there is an alchemy altar. Just get a couple of ingredients and eat one of each. Then combine two ingredients that have the same effect into a potion |

1. In River-wood, talk to alvor, he gives you a free smithing lesson. Craft what he says.
2. Go to Dragon's reach, talk to the court wizard. His room is to the right of the Jarl's throne as you face it. Talk to him, disenchant a magical item, and enchant another piece of equipment of the sma eenchantment or another.
3. Return to riverwood. Go to the Sleeping Giant Inn and ask if you can use his apothacary table (thing). He gives you blisterwort and wheat. Combine the two and there you go. (Bleep bloop)
