There's a bar to the left hand side of each character in the game. While playing the Single-player campaign look at this bar occasionally and when it turns into the picture of a white gun/object, press either RB or LB to switch to that character.
From here press LT and do this every time the icon shows next to them and you'll get this quite quickly...
If you die and need to restart the chapter, don't worry because the times you used the abilities before dying will still count towards the achievement providing you do restart and finish the chapter instead of exiting game.
