For that you need to unlock the Thief Faction ability, which is Thief loot. You do that by performing this three Objectives:
--> 40x Perform a Leap of Faith
--> Climb a total distance of 1 km
--> Steal 250 € with a Counter Steal
For a Counter Steal you look on to a Target, hold RT and Press Y in the right time. If you have the Ability you search for Thief group and hire them. Then kill 50 Guards and your Thief will loot them automatically.

And then once youve unlocked the thief ability as shown in King fiShiZ's guide, you then need to hire a group of theives, these are dotted around the city, or near a thief designated faction building or near the thief HQ marked by the mask icon on the map.
Once you have your thieves you then need to set about killing guards, any will do as the thieves will follow you everywhere. Just kill guards then they will come and loot the guard for you and the spoils of war will pop up on your screen, just like you looted them yourself.
DO NOT get them to lure guards as they will probably dissapear

| This solution shows you were to find a group of thieves and quickly start looting bodies. Once you've cleared out the camp run back to the thieves guild, hire another group and make your way back to the same area. Remember to call in your assassins for help killing guards once in the camp.
