You can get this achievement without having to delete any title updates.
To get the achievement, you want to "add bombs" using the weapon wheel. Press RB to pull up your weapon wheel. Highlight a bomb with empty slots. I prefer the decoys because they are the least disruptive. Anyway, you add more bombs by pressing A while the bomb is highlighted. Spam this by tossing bombs and adding them back until you get the achievement. If you are doing all 30, you may run out of ingredients. If you do, go make yourself a new bomb at a crafting station with ingredients that you have an abundant supply of and pick up where you left off. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
I imagine that the title update altered the requirements of the achievement, but this way is just as easy as crafting at a station and it let's you get it while staying online.
