This achievement requires you to collect all Skull Teeth by completing all Chest Challenges. There are 10 Chest Challenges (one in each world).

Before doing so, each level has a required number of Electoons you must collect in order to gain access (much like the boss levels) which will go up as you progress through the game. Overall, you will need 200 Electoons.

These are possibly the most irritating and frustrating levels in the game, so I would recommend for you to be patient as this will take some time and practice (and trust me, I have no patience what so ever). These levels are about timing and precision, so once you learn the levels and stay one step ahead, you will complete it.

While working for this achievement, you will unlock the following achievements:
Rayman OriginsMilk ToothThe Milk Tooth achievement in Rayman Origins worth 18 pointsEarned 1 Skull Tooth.
Rayman OriginsFull MouthThe Full Mouth achievement in Rayman Origins worth 57 pointsEarned 5 Skull Teeth.

Once you have collected all of the Skull Teeth, you will not only unlock this achievement, but you will also gain access to the final world, Land of the Livid Dead.

Below is a video compilation of every Chest Challenge. The video is not mine and credit goes to TheStrawhatNO on YouTube.
