Create an account at www.yourshapecenter.com periodically log in and 'hope' there is an event listed.
Click join - if everything goes right, itll appear as an event on your dashboard within that site - i had problems getting the system to accept the event, just have some patence.

Then, when you play the game, the first workout/ activity etc you complete the cheevo will pop.

In theory a very easy achievement, just a pain (for me) to get it to work.
