It is far from obvious that you earn a stamp each time you complete any session in YSFE12 on a particular day. The stamps earned are shown by green circles (with a white star in the middle) on the Calendar screen found in the My Progress.

The way the game counts a week is not fixed to, say, Sunday to Monday, but it will use the current day as the last day in a block of seven days to define a week. For example, if you've just earned a stamp on a Monday then a week is defined as Tuesday to Monday for the purpose of checking if you have earned the achievement yet. It will then go back four Tuesdays and count the number of stamps in each of the four weeks Tuesday to Monday and if you have earned at least three stamps in each of those four weeks then you earn the achievement.

You only need to complete one session on a particular day to earn a stamp for that day, so you could simply do a short session, like an Easy 2 minute Wall Breaker, on three days each week for four weeks. However, I imagine that most people that have bought this game to use it as it was intended (to exercise regularly) will earn this achievement some time during the fourth week of owning the game.

This will come naturally BUT IF YOU WANT IT FAST here is the quickest way to do it:

The stamps are a green circle with a white star in it and it covers the date number you have been doing 1 or more workouts on.
(1 workout or activity is enough to earn a stamp)

You have to earn 3 stamps in 4 weeks straight.
So disconnect from xboxlive and change the date in the xbox dashboard settings. do an activity, dashboard, change date, activity, dashboard, change date, and so on.

This is how i did it when i started the game.

Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Tuesday
Week 2: Friday, Saturday, Monday
Week 3: Friday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 4: Friday, Monday, Thursday
achievement didnt pop so i decided to start a fifth week
Week 5: Friday and the achievement popped!

So because i started out on a friday, for me friday was my start-day of the week.
Just check on what day you started and make sure you do it like i did (see schedule above)
For example: if you start on a wednesday you can get a stamp on that day and the following thursday, friday, saturday, sunday, monday and tuesday. and the next wednesday will count as the start of week 2 and so on.

Hope this helps if you want to get it by boosting, any questions? leave a comment and i will help if possible :)
please dont leave negative votes, tell me whats wrong so i can help and edit the solution :)

Just a simple clarification for those, like me, who didn't quite read the fine print on the other solutions.

The "stamps" are the days, not the activities you complete per week.
