Easy and fast way to get it and thats how I got it, is to make a goal with the next answers: (My gamemenu was in dutch so the english translatsion is a guess but something in the next context : -Couchpatato. -Strong and fit. -Easy. (maybe other combinations are possible to, havent checked that so please tell us in the comments if u find out)
Change the schedule to 1 time a week .. so u schedule will look like: 30 minutes a day, 1 time a week, 4 weeks straight. (120 minutes total)
Next up is u want to do activities/workouts/classes with a blue flag mark, else the time wont be added up to your goal of 120 minutes. ( will be all explained when making the goal). Once u hit the 120 minutes mark the achievement pops (can be in 1 session of 2 hours).

UPDATE: You can also change the duration. I switched mine down to just 60 minutes, instead of the 120 minutes. Do the exercises with blue flags only. After an hour of doing those exercises the achievement popped. Credit for this goes to: CaneSwagger305 !! |
