Complete each type of workout once (there are some as short as 2 minutes, but most are at least 5 minutes) and this will unlock.

There are only 9 types that come with the game. There are others you can pay for, but those do not count for this achievement.

Abs
Cardio
Arms
Toning
Back
Health
Legs
Sports Preparation
Glutes

Since you need to complete 9 unique types to get this you'll only need one more to earn the Decathalete achievement. I happened to unlock both of these at the same time.
