Jump for Joy!
Found the spring hidden in GREEN HILL Act 1 and reached the goal with a Red Star Ring.
You will need to take the upper path near the end to find this. At one point, you will be on a wooden walkway that does a loop, then spirals around a pillar. Then path will flip upside down and you will hit 3 springs and land on a small piece of land right next to a bee enemy. Jump at the bee and use the bounce from it to hit the spring to the right of it to reach the high path.
Right when you get up there, you'll see a bee patrolling back and forth and shooting next to a tree. If you look carefully, you'll see a yellow spring on top of that tree. Jump at the bee, and bounce from that to the spring. It will shoot you up into a few normal rings and a Red Star Ring. Once you have the red ring, just finish the level and the achievement will unlock.
