| Triple hits are awarded in Pure and Gravity when you hit and destroy 3 orbs in 1 shot. However, this achievement description is slightly misleading because combos of 3 or higher in Supernova also count toward this achievement. Supernova also makes this a bit easier because you don't have to actually directly hit 3 orbs with one shot, but rather you can rely on the secondary blast from a destroyed large orb killing off smaller ones within its radius. Again, 4-10x combos also count - it doesn't have to be exactly 3. The basic strategy is difficult to explain, but you want to try to group multiple small orbs in the upper corners and shoot them so that many are of a similar low number. Then try to get a shot that ricochets off 3+ orbs, or set up a really big one nearby that destroys a lot of smaller ones when it detonates. It takes a lot of practice. |
