This achievement is called "Friend to the Eagles" and is story related and unmissable.

This is the second level, Fornost.
You come across some enemies that have the Great Eagle Beleram captive. After you free Beleram by cutting his chains and fight off the enemies, you will speak to Beleram. After speaking to him the cheevo will unlock.
