This will come quite naturally as you progress. All you have to do is search a little around. I got it after completing Mirkwood (All the mainquests count!

There are 3 easy quests in Bree ( Rowlie in the back of the prancing pony, And Otto Aster (Sitting not far from Aragorn) in the same bar have two small quests.)

There are A LOT of quests in Rivendell. Arwen gives you the Miruvor quest, Bilbo gives you the Poet quest which is really simple, you just speak with arwen and quest is completed. If you found an artifact in Fornost/Barrow Duns (Can't remember exactly where) Angmir can make a blade from it and that quest is complete.

Also, Angmir gives you the elf stones quest. The stones can be found in chests and barrels while going through the Ettenmoors looking for the giant. If you don't find all on your first runthrough you can revisit the place and look again. They spawn randomly so you might have to go through a few times to get all of them.

In mirkwood you can complete the Captive side quest. After finding radagasts house you come to a really swampy area with a lot of mirky ater and whatnot. If you play as the ranger. Somewhere on the right of the path you will see blue glowing footprints leading through a hollowed out tree. Go through there and the quest starts. Kill all the Uruks in the following areas. In the back of the camp you find the captive. Speak wih\th him after killing all the enemies and BAM! another quest complete and he will help you against the spider queen.

As i said. I got it about 3/4 through the game so there are a lot of other quests to get. It probably won't be any problem getting this if you just spend a little time talking to all the people you see in the towns and camps you visit and look through a lot of chests and hidden areas.
