This is an unmissable storyline achievement. You will get this for defeating the boss, Wulfrun, which is your first enemy encounter after leaving Nordinbad and heading to Mirkwood.

The boss fight itself isn't too difficult - Wulfrun alternates between ranged attacks and melee attacks. Whilst in ranged mode he'll conjure a magical wall so you're best just to dodge and use your own ranged attacks against him - preferably from within the lore-master's Sanctuary as he won't be able to hit you. In melee, avoid taking too many direct hits and you shouldn't have too many problems.
