Easy on the first map in Paris (mission special ops in easy), before the end you have a juggernaut easy to knife because you are a juggernaut too ;-). Just 5 min and 15 G...
Edit: thanks to Lightsup55 and Ben Reynolds for theirs precisions.
1) As lightsup55 put, the mission is Toxic Paradise.
2) You need to be level 5 in Spec ops to unlock it.
3) You encounter the juggernaut after the 4th canister, in an alleyway through the restaurant bit.
4) If you retreat back to the restaurant, between the restaurant and the other building there's a wall you can run the juggernaut round while you stab him. |

Choose the one of the first 4 level's
Wave 9 or 10.. thinking it was 10.. anyways a chopper will fly in and drop him off, he'll be alone so don't freak out by worrying about others just focus on him.
Load up on flash bombs.. should be able to have 4 at a time..
while fighting him just throw a flash.. (out of your sight so your not slowed down of course.) than run behind him and start stabbing him as many times as you can i was on a avg. of 3 to 4 than he come back around, but when i got to this point i was already on my way out of harms way. and i would end up running out of flash bombs so i go on a run to the armory to reload, on flash bombs. Pretty simple but fun.
Just keep doing the flash than stab and should get it after couple times.

So , Pretty straight forward actually.
Choose any map of the first 4 ones and survive until wave 9 or 10 and 1 juggernaut will appear , empty 2 clips of the M4A1 or MP5 or whatever machine gun weapon u have , then try and find a place to circle around , give him a stab with your knife and run abit back , repeat until dead :) he is able to take quite a few stabs , but keep going at him. |

| Did this with just the knife, nothing else. A weapon (or co-op partner to get to wave 9 faster and/or distract the Juggernaut) could make it quicker, but I worried about accidentally killing him with the gun so I just used the knife the whole time. On the first Survival map there's an archway in that courtyard, on the other side of it in the street there's something that looks like a giant magazine rack. You can simply play ring-around-the-rosie with the Juggernaut using that as your cover. Run around it, stab him, retreat, then just repeat. The magazine rack is so large that he really can't hit you, and you can have that between the two of you anytime you need to recharge your health. The Juggs in this game are nowhere near as trigger-happy as they were in the last MW game. So even if he shoots you, you can hurry back behind the rack. Only real threat he has is that he'll try to melee you too sometimes instead of shooting you. But it's easy to just play it safe and if he goes into that animation, leap back to get behind cover and just attempt to stab him again. Honestly though, he whacked me quite a bit and it never hurt that much. There's faster and more efficient ways, but this is pretty much a guarantee. |

| I did this on Spec Ops mission Toxic Paradise. Before getting to the last building with toxin canisters, a juggerhaut will approach. Pepper him with gunfire to soften him up and retreat back through the torn apart area you just came through with lots of tables and wood. Back in that clearing there's a tree and stuff to circle around for strafing cover and you can use flashbangs to further disorient him and go in for the easy knife finish. |

To obtain this achievement you must Finish a Juggernaut with a knife in Special Ops also this achievement is worth 15G.
