SOLO 50,000
Now i did this solo and have found a few ways to grind money from waves i was getting up to around 30,000 cash before even wave 8. And had finished at around wave 13 with 52,000 points.
Solo Method - First choose the map resistance it is the first map on the list. You will start off with a pistol during this entire match the only thing you may need to spend money on is ammo this will be due to a juggernaut and two helicopters that eat up your supply. Now at the start look at the bottom left hand corner of the screen and you should see two bars with names on top. These are bonuses for doing the specified requirments and are a big boost to the achievement. You will want to only focus on these couple ones.
Killing spree - Kill multiple enemys in a row without getting hit. if you get hit the bar resets.
Rampage - Kill multiple enemys in a row quickly if you stop killing the bar will start going down.
Headshots - Get multiple headshots during the round.
Knife spree - knife as many enemys as you can if you stop killing the bar starts going down.
First complete bar - 500$
Second complete bar - 1000$
Third complete bar - 1500$
Was never able to get over three bars due to there not being enough enemys.
The easiest way to do these and get the biggest boost is to first wait untill the red dots indicating the enemys show up on the mini map. Then lead them all together by running towards one group of enemys and staying close to them. (they will not do much damage the first 8 waves or so after that dont get to close to them but lead them into a group) Once most of or all of the enemys are together and you know what bonuses you can aquire focus on only killing in those methods. This will give you anywhere from 500 to 3000 cash boost not to mention 100 for every kill. You will want to pick up every wepon the enemy drops it will start out with a Model 1887, then Mp5, then ak47, then Acr 6.8 and so on.
When it hits around wave 6 or so two mini birds will fly in you will want to take cover in a building or under one of the arches. Using the Mp5 shoot each bird making sure to go in and out of cover when they start firing back. If you run out of ammo run to the armory marked as a gun symbol (will be a pistol) on your screen and choose the first option refill for 750.
Continue using the same method as above untill wave 9 or 10 when a juggernaut will be dropped in. Make sure to keep picking up ammo and if you see the enemys are using a different gun switch one of yours for theirs. The juggernaut is easy to kill just lead him into a stright away where you have cover make sure its not a car that can explode almost died on wave 20 with 3 of them due to that. Use the cover to shoot at the juggernaut with all of your ammo and if he gets close run further back to another cover. This allows you to hit him but he will not be able to hit you. Once he is dead run to the armory and refill your ammo again.
There wont be any boss enemys for a while now so you should be able to continue the point method and achieve 50,000 cash by wave 13-18. If you cant continue till wave 19 or 20 and 3 juggernauts will be dropped in this is a little harder but use the same method as the first juggernaust just make sure to lead all three in the same direction so as not to have one behind you and infront of you.
Wanted to add once you get the achievement you can spend all the 50,000 on as much weponry as you want. I had used it to buy everything in the epuipment armory and most of the wepons in the weponry armory for the other achievements. If you need help with those i will have guides posted for each one also.
CO-OP 50,000
Co-op - Thought id just add what everyone seems to be doing in co-op to achieve 50,000. I have yet to do this in co-op but ill give a few helpfull rules. Now in co-op you can use many of the same methods as i did in solo but it may be more difficult since there are more enemys per a wave then solo.
The main way people are doing this is once both players have a total combined amount over 50,000 one player transfers there money to the other for the achievement to pop. This may be difficult due to trust issues if doing it with random people. I suggest if you cant do it solo try to get a friend to help or set up a match on trueachievements to find another like minded player with there easy to do match setups.
To do this once you have the combined total of 50,000 (can use a calculater if you need to to make 100% sure.) both players make there way to one of the three armorys located on the map. The wepon armory marked as a pistol on your screen, the eqipment armory marked as a grenade on your screen, or the air/perk armory marked as a plane on your screen. Once at one of the three stations one player open up the armory and look at the bottom of the window that pops up. It should say share 500$ with teamate. Click X to share and it should transfer 500$ of one players money to the other. Continue doing this untill on play has reached 50,000. When that is done it can be retransferd to the player that has yet to get the achievement in the same method.

| I think the best way to do this Achievement is in 2 player survival. Choose the first map and just keep playin but dont buy guns. Only pickup weapons from enemys and buy ammo. When you and your partner have 50K together just tell your partner to give you all his money and you will have this achievement in no time. |

This is a step by step guide on how to get the 'Get Rich or Die Trying' Achievement/Trophy guide for MW3
Step 1: Get a friend.
Step 2: Pick a Survival 'Op' that has an Easy difficulty (Resistance, Village, Interchange, Underground)
Step 3: Smash your way through about 12-15 rounds without spending much money
Step 4: Save up $50,000 between you and your friend
Step 5: With in the 30 second break go to a Survival Armory (where you buy guns and shit) and press 'X' or 'Square' lots of times until the other player has $50,000 dollars and gets the achievement
Notes:
You both wont be able to get the achievement in one break, you will have to complete another round to give the other person the money

| All the solutions are great. Would just like to add one more thing to help everyone. Once you get 50,000 you will be on around about wave 15. Now the easiest way to transfer the money over to your friend if your doing it on co-op is to leave one enemy left, get your mate to run around whilst the enemy is chasing him while you are transfering over the money. Otherwise you may find you both get downed and lose the round. |

I did it solo, but set up a splitscreen co-op match with my second account on the Resistance map (need 2 controllers) .
Using the raised, one entry area to the left of the starting point, just after the underpass, i put my second player in safety and prone behind my main player that i wanted the achievement for and picked off everyone from the top of the steps and went for the required kill-streaks asked for on each wave (headshots etc).
For wave 6 just get each player under the cover of the nearby underpass on completion of wave 5 and take out the helicopters with the MP5.
When possible at the end of a wave, transfer player 2's cash to the main player also. For the Juggernaut at wave 10, grab some C4 after wave 2 in preperation for it.
The only thing i purchased was 1 set of C4s and one ammo reload. The achievement popped at the end of wave 12 (more enemies per wave on co-op, equals more cash before higher waves it seems). |

| The easiest way to do this achievement is to start solo game on map RESISTANCE. For first 3 waves camp on the balcony with only one way to enter maximum on the left side of place when you start. Killing the enemiest which want to enter the stairs will give you a lot of cash for killing spree and rampage. For next waves buy Sentry Grenade Launcher and run to the building. Place the Sentry Grenade Launcher near to the living room table and keep yourself behind the door near kitchen table (it is good to also stand on kitchen table). With this method I was able to play this map solo up to 26 level and near about 20 level I manage to collect 50000 money. For level with Juggernauts buy Claymore and use the technic to run over rooms and stairs to keep all the Juggernauts running behind you. Place the Claymore on their path and you won't use any bullet to kill them (please remember to put Claymore in places when they can see them - behind doors and walls - because otherwise they will shoot them). |

This is quite an easy achievement to do.
Select Paris as your map. at the top of the map there is a book shop which is perfect for camping in as there only to ways in. work your way through each wave, pick up the enmey weapons as you go along, on waves with suicide bombers try to kill them when there are big groups of enemies around them, (they have different coloured trousers on) this creates chain kills and gets you lots of money. you only need to buy killstreaks on the waves with juggernauts, predator missiles are perfect as you can take juggernauts with one strike. when you have multipule juggernauts run around so they are all in one place then you can take them out in one go. |

Okay, actually easier than it looks. I did this on Dome pretty easy here. Get a partner who wants to get it too! Start out and go right between the dome and the underground tunnel in the corner with your partner. DON'T buy weapons!!! Pick them up from dead enemies. I'm pretty sure it goes Model, MP5, then AK47, and just keep getting the money you can buy self revive if you need to. Only one of you need to not buy anything but self revive. The other can get RPG and predator missile for juggernauts. When together your money equals $50,000 have somebody give all the money to the other in between waves at one of the gun, equipment, or air support stations. If you do it on time you should have enough time to for one to get the achievement. Then switch who's giving it to who if the wave starts have the one GETTING the money protect the other, if you get swarmed by enemies just move to another station and repeat process until you both have achievements.

VERY EASY SOLO
This will be done on survival on map Dome.
When level start go straight to the ladder and prone in front of the ladder. Knife/Kill the enemies check your bonus in bottom left corner as its easy to get kill streak/knife streak even rampage this will give you a huge boost with $$. The advantage of begin on top of that ladder is the enemies/Dogs cannot shoot you below.Watch out they might climb on the other side of the ladder just check once and while on your radar. I personally bought some predator missiles (2500 ea) to kill the juggernaut, as it kill them in a single shot. At wave 12 I had 41,000 - 46,000 if I did not buy those missiles.
Note:
*Wave 8 - The first juggernaut will be dropped with couple of enemies. Kill the enemies and then kite the juggernaut.
*Wave 12 - Now 2 juggernaut will be dropped and couple of enemies also. Again kill the enemies and be careful when kiting to make sure they don't ambush you from the front and back. (If you bought a predator missile make sure they are right beside each other when firing you will kill both of them in a single shot)
