Pretty much what the other solutions say, except with a video ;)
Plug in a second controller and set them both to veteran difficulty on the Milehigh Jack Op. Then change the Op to Stay Sharp and get 17 kills on it with each controller.
You will get these 2 achievements using this method:

Start 'Spec-Ops' in Splitscreen (playing yourself as the 2nd pad is fine)
Go into MILEHIGH JACK and change both players to 'Veteran Difficulty'.
Now 'Change Op' to STAY SHARP.
Complete the easy assault course level, get 17 kills each for another achievement and both this and 50/50 will pop.
Or just run through as player 1 if you only need this achievement.

Name: No Assistance Required
Mode: Co-op (Special Ops)
Difficulty: 4/10
My achievement glitched on me, and I will explain how you can too if it has yet to be patched. Basically, load up a special ops lobby with a friend on, let's say, Mile-High Jack. Make sure the both of you select the difficulty to Hardened or Veteran in the lobby. Now, DO NOT START THE GAME! Right now, your screen should show you are selecting the mission of Mile High Jack on Hardened or Veteran. Now instead of starting that mission up, switch the mission to the very first one. The game should register the mission as you playing it on Hardened/Veteran, but the mission does not allow you to select a difficulty, because the start you earn on the mission are solely based on how quick you finish the course. Just play through the mission, and it is impossible to down yourself unless you are an incredibly talented individual who gets shot by cardboard cutouts. Try to finish the mission with at least two stars just to be safe (I finished with two and got the achievement). Hopefully, the achievement should have popped up by now!

Just complete Firewall. You either finish it and get the achievement or don't finish. So if you're gunning for 3 stars in every mission - you're all set:)
One player controls turrets and can not be harmed. The other player must take it easy and just reach the exit. The mission is not hard if you just let the turret player kill everything while you hide behind cover. |

The level with the turrets, when you hack into the computers and open new turrets for your partner to use, is an easy one to get this. If you get downed, you fail the mission, so you really just have to complete the mission.
Let the guy in the turret get the kills. Teamwork is important. Wait for them to tell you it's clear to move-when there's no enemies left to shoot at you. |

If you don't want to be cheap about it, do Resistance Movement in SpecOps. The goal is to never be detected (and hence never even shot at), so two people going through here the way they should can get this achievment easily.
You can also just plug in a second controller and solo the mission. The extra player should never be in any danger; just advance them as you clear out enemies. |
