Can be done in Player or Ranked.

An easy way to get this is set up a Crime Scene match for 2 players and 1 private slot. Join the SCU side and simply run to the Influenced spawn area, scan and repeat till you get the achievement. Since there are 5 rounds (unless you make more/less) you can get this in 1 go. Easy points.

This DOES work, did it yesterday and got it.
