Not a hard one to get. This isn't the best guide but I wanted to give some info since there wasn't any guide at all.
-Do your best to kill as few guards as possible while moving toward laptops. That way drones have maximum enemies to kill.
-Reloading checkpoints/dying is fine. I did plenty of both and my kill count didn't reset. (I don't think you can keep killing the same guys though. It probably erases any kills you made after the last checkpoint)
-Just playing through on 007 Classic and using the above two tips the achievement popped after hacking the 7th gun (there are 9).
-Achievement pops mid-mission as soon as kill count hits 20.

| As the video shows, you get this achievement on the level "Jungle" in Nigeria. You can chose any difficulty you like. All you have to do is go through the level and use your smartphone to hack the different drone guns, until you kill 20 people using them. I got it about half way through the level.
