-Surrender to the music in 'Nightclub'.

In the beginning of Nightclub you will be searching for someone with your cell phone, in this area is a dance floor with a throng of people on it. All you have to do is go down there (you'll know when you're on it because the camera will start to bob and weave) and stand there for minute or two. I walked around a bit and looked up and down a few times, but it unlocked after I set my controller down for a little while and did something else.
