	Use the default 'Game Config' settings, Difficulty 2/4, Lives 3/5. NOTE: Completing the game on Difficulty 1/4 wont unlock these achievements. At least it didn't for me! Just play though the game in Xbox 360 mode, the whole game to Stage 5 takes less than 20 mins. You can use as many continues as you need.
