The best way to get this is the first time you go to Honk Kong. When you get to the area with the containers and rats, don't block them off. Instead, go near one of the rat holes and mash the Y button. Eventually, they'll stop spawning (25 by my count) and just press start and select restart. This will put you just before the rat section. Repeat 4 or 5 times (I didn't bother counting the second time I did it, and I already had some from other areas), and the achievement is yours. Only takes an extra minute, and that way you don't have to worry about making extra play-throughs.
