From the main menu, select "Art Camp" and choose the Tilt Coloring. Make sure you choose the "Challenge" option. The object of the game is to tilt the uDraw and guide the ball towards the paint. Keep doing so and you'll beat the level and move on. Once you beat level 3, the achievement will unlock.
