Ok another easy one but you will need to have the bandanna skull. Clear the whole place out before you get to the map room once you activate it you cannot use guns. Grenades however are fine and you have a unlimited supply, work your way back up and after the cut scene it should pop.

Also there's a over shield outside the map room to boost your health. and med packs half way back up, you should pass them on your way in leave least 1 for later.
