Here is a brilliant screenshot guide for all of the frogs and i can confirm they work and are very accurate i just obtained the achievement using it.
(EU version not sure if that makes a different.)

(Only problem is with entry number 22 which appears as 23 but the frog is on a scaffold near the ceiling in the central part of the warehouse)
