This is "The Loyal Warrior" achievement awarded when "Zhou Tai has been unlocked."

During the Yi Ling scenario as the Shu faction kill all enemy officers in 20 minutes (the third target). This can be done in free play although I completed it as part of Zhang Fei's Musou Mode storyline.
