This achievement is for beating Chapter 5 Outer Heaven. But some people out there are probably thinking "Hey I beat all the Chapters and Destroyed Peace walker" Well the game is not over, They only trick you into believing you have actually beaten the Game (what Douche bags)
First thing you need to do is Find Zadornov which should unlock after beating the main story, It will be under Main Ops (Will Post Vid) Then You need to complete some Extra ops missions (Tedious yet fun) and then BAM Kaz calls and opens up a Find Zadornov 2.Rinse and repeat these steps until you complete Find Zadornov 6
After that get to this point You need to complete Metal Gear Zeke which will also unlock another Achievement which is also secret. If your having trouble completing ZEKE Just Repeat Pupa and Chrysalis Main ops which should be easy at this stage of the game.
Once Done complete some more Extra Ops and BAM last call from Kaz, this one having him unsure of where Zadornov Is this time. Don't be worried He is hiding in Extra Op 1 which everyone Will have unlocked, Go up the Stairs and he is to the right and is hugged up on a wall.
Once Found a cut scene will play and One last Boss battle Must be fought before earning the achievement. If your Having trouble Finding Zadornov From the Videos, Your going to need to look around and or find another video because he is not always in the same spot.
