The only easy solution i can think of to get this is to do the Extra Ops missions that involve Fulton Recoveries. A mission that can be done quickly and easily. If you prefer more enemies, try a mission like that. Or if you just wanna zoom through easier missions in speed then go for the earlier ones. I try to hold people up until they go prone and then FRS them to go for two achievements at once.
