At the end of the MAIN OP "Infiltrate the Crater Base" there will be an interactive cutscene asking you to remember the license plate of a truck you were following. Mr. Hideo Kojima is inside the truck with the license plate 63824. The correct plate for the mission is 64779. Also worth mentioning is that there are funny easter eggs for checking out all of the trucks. Hope this helps!
