This one can be slightly tedious and is recommended when playing coop. You can capture any vehicle that you fight against (Boss Battles). You have to first kill all the infantry guys, typically between 8 and 12 enemies. Once you have done that do enough damage to the vehicle (at least 2 bars but sometimes more). Then the "captain" will appear and once you have killed him you will have obtained a vehicle to use in outer ops. So it is highly recommended that when you get the chance to capture vehicles.
