First the obvious, you will want a full squad of soldiers with maxed out Health and Psyche (9999 each). Also, having them A or S rank in combat will probably help.
Second, the soldiers in outer ops automatically equip what they believe is the best weapons you have researched. The best weapons are:
Small weapon - Kampfpistole (rank 5) - acquired from outer ops mission
Heavy weapon - M47 (rank 5) - acquired from extra op 111 with S-rank
Rifle - WA-2000 (rank 5) - base unit (rank 3) acquired from extra op 65 with S-rank, and upgraded to rank 5
You will likely lose some of these soldiers but with those weapons it should successfully complete the mission, unlocking the achievement.
One more thing to note, the results are determined when resolving the outer ops mission, so save right before and reload if it is a failure. |
