On multiplayer there will be a bonus wheel that gives you this achievement (random spin), you have to basically come in first place by the end of the session, each sessions has 3(maybe more) races per so its best to be in 1st place at all times (with the exception of of 2nd or 3rd place once) and you will get this achievement


EDIT: the achievement is a bonus wheel selection itself, you'll see in the description if it gets pick that says "75g achievement for first place session"
