Pretty easy achievement to do, just go up to one of the characters and do each gesture. If you think you have done them all and the achievement dosen't pop up, just watch the bottom right corner as it will tell you how to do each one in case you missed one.

Straightforward really.
You need to Bow, High Five and Hug. You may also need to collect the autograph, but as i had already done this can someone confirm.
