Got this yesterday, the four characters you need to hug are:
The Queen of Hearts in Fantasyland,
Captain Hook in Fantasyland,
and both Br'er Bear and Br'er Fox, both found near the entrance of Critter Country.
To hug the characters, first wave to interact with them, then make a hugging motion. My daughter just wants to hug every single character!
