This is the "First in Havoc" achievement awarded for "PERSONAL BEST (1st) set in HAVOC".

Select Havoc in the Challenge mode and your target is to score 200 points before time runs out (about 2min30sec). Each crate or jar is worth 1 point but if you restrict yourself to that you will probably not reach the target. The key to success is to go after the enemy weapons. Not only are these worth multiple points, they also contain speed power-ups so you can run to the next targets faster.
