This achievement isn't too hard, but you have to pretty much hit every ball in the session. When two balls are fired at once, just quickly try to move from one spot to the next. Another quick tip is to not focus on the players, but focus on the area around your guy and only spot the yellow targets. That is what helped me get this achievement.
