Here is how I unlocked this yesterday;

Put all parameters on 'any' to give yourself a better chance of finding one - I also put the number of people already in the lobby at 7.

I got 2 lobbies of 7 pop-up, I joined one and sat in the screen for 5 seconds ~ the achievement pops there and then.

I did not compete, spectate or interact in the lobby in ANY way - I just joined and waited 5 secs.

I would get this done ASAP before the online comminity retracts over time.
