To get this achievement you must have Lord Voldemort unlocked as well as all variants of Harry Potter. The easiest way to do this is to use the Polyjuice Potion in the Leaky Cauldron (Diagon Alley hub) with Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

Have one character be Lord Voldemort and just take turns casting Avada Kedavra (the green spell) on each Harry variant. Here's a complete list of the the variants:
