One of the easiest achievements in the game. While playing Universe mode, move your indicator over the match you want to interfere in and you'll see a control indicator appear at the bottom saying what button to press to play the match / sim the match / interfere (note: you can only interfere in 1 on 1 matches). Select to interfere. When your character comes to the ring, make sure you only attack one participant. Regardless of the outcome - whether the guy you helped wins or loses, you'll pop the achievement.
