This one can be done relatively quickly and easily, even though there are a lot of levels.

Don't focus on picking up the coins as much as where you land. Try landing on the 5, 10, or 15 (preferrably) spots where you can. You can easily get at least 1 star, which will unlock the following level. I really did this one without much thought or even concentration.

If you are going for the 3 stars in all, then you may want to be more conscious and shoot for the 15 spots.
