You need to get through Arcade without Continuing. If you set the Game to very easy it shouldn't be a Problem to get to Saiki and Evil Ash, but if you have problems beating those two just set the Timer to 30 secs. Then all you need to do is crouch-block. and every time they come near to you do a hard-crouch-kick. They will likely never block and loose at the end of the timer.
