It's easiest to go for this and the Hands On achievement at the same time, as both are pretty much the same achievement (though this one is can be unlocked in any mode). Start up Family Fun and make sure Who Chooses is set to Picturist. When it asks for modifiers, choose Finger Painting, scribble a simple drawing and correctly guess the clue. Once you've done this ten times, you'll unlock Brushless (as well as Hands On if you don't yet have it).
