From the main menu select Play then Family Fun. Under House Rules, make sure the Draw Timer is set to 30, Tempus Fugut is on, Penalties are enabled, Who Chooses is set to Rivals and all clue types are unchecked except for Difficult. The other options do bot matter (for an easier time, set it to Point Limit and make it as low as possible.) Play through the match and it will unlock at the end. You do not have to win for the achievement to unlock.
